About Me
I’m a domestic violence survivor. My art has been an invaluable part of my healing. My broken journey is leading me to a beautiful wholeness.
Sometimes, there’s pain behind the beauty. Wounds laden with glass shards drip blood onto my kitchen floor, blisters from close encounters with hot solder turn to calluses. But it’s all worth it when I see the final piece come together and I hear the expressions of my patrons.
I’m pretty open about my survival story. While most of the details are too graphic to publish, I am thankful for the journey that has led me to this place.
I’m an educator, living with my puppies, Beyla and Koko, in beautiful Western PA. I am hopeful. I am blessed. I am glad to share my journey with you.
